I'm doing a side quest where I need to meet a corrupt cop in an alleyway, but the only two entrances to the alley are blocked, one by chain link fence and the other by electrified water. You can enter the alleyway from the sewer around the corner or by going through the police station if you managed to get access.In Deus Ex: Human Revolution, need help on side quest?
For the fence, you could use a Praxis point or 2 to get this leg augmentation that allows you just 9 feet in the air, or try to look for a vent somewhere.
