Yes, you can kill ANYONE. On the first Deus Ex you could even kill children.Can u kill civilians and NPCs in Deus ex human revolution?
Yeah you could kill anyone. When i mess up on a mission (conversation went the wrong way), instead of loading my previous save, first i'll start blasting everyone to see how long i can survive.
